At Pieces, we want you to love every corner of your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack with Care

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
