What is the typical shipping timeframe for large furniture items?

Standard furniture delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. Once your order leaves our warehouse, our white-glove delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Pieces ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. For shipping inquiries to other regions, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable. A 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your status by logging into your Pieces account and visiting the 'Order History' section.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Yes, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Most of our wooden pieces are FSC-certified, and we use low-VOC finishes to ensure safety and environmental responsibility in your home.
